February school break camps in Saskatoon
UPDATED FOR FEB 2024 School break is coming up and for lots of working parents, panic is setting in. Like, “what am I gonna do with these kids for a week” kind of panic. Even if you’re a stay-at-home parent like myself this thought might occur to you. LIKE IT HAS FOR ME. I’m not sure if we’ll end up doing daily outings or if the kids will head to camp, but in case the latter wins out, I made a list of options. And I thought you might appreciate my sharing. So here it is. The list of camps running in Saskatoon during the February school break.

Now, the list of February break camps in Saskatoon:
CanAm Gymnastics Ages 4-13. Great for ANY level of gymnastics experience, kids will use all the equipment in the gym including vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, rings, parallel bars and the foam pits! A certified teacher will instruct the gymnastics and participants will enjoy crafts and games in the party room. $200.00 for 4 days or $50.00/one day
City of Saskatoon offers free workshops for kids 10-14 over the break including archery, circus, futsal, table tennis, and more. Right now they are almost all waitlisted and you can click through that first title to get your name on the list. There are still spots in Metis jigging on Tuesday at Cosmo. Snag it. Free!
Clip n Climb Ages 7-12. Choose from a full-day "Climb ‘n Create" where kids learn the basics of climbing & create art with Wet Paint Pottery. Or a half-day camp. $299/9-4 full day (care available half hour on each side), $169/9-12 half.
Diefenbaker Centre Are your kids aged 7-10 ready to become the ultimate secret agents and master spy skills from around the world? Unleash the inner sleuth in your child at the Diefenbaker Spy Academy, where they will dive into the thrilling history of espionage and learn about the delicate balance between liberties and national security. With exciting missions and top-secret training, this camp guarantees a fun-filled adventure like no other!9-4 with extended care available, $240.
Hockey Camps at CanLan Ice Sports Jemini Ages 6-12 or 8-14. From fundamentals to camps focusing on passing, shooting, and scoring, use the Feb break to brush up on your little hockey player’s skills. Costs range as there are various day lengths and skill sets taught.
Inside Pitch Ages 8-15 (ages 5-7 can attend PM camp only). AM camp focuses on pitching and outfield while PM camp focuses on infield and hitting. Full day: 1 camp day/$125+gst or 3 pack/$329+gst. Half day: 1 half day/$75+gst or 3 pack/$199+gst.
Marian Gymnastics Ages 4-12 can register for half or full days. $180-260
Momentum Martial Arts Ages 5-12. This camp focuses on martial arts with entertaining, educational activities plus, arts and crafts. Runs 9-4. $260-/4 days, $325/5 days.
Ness Creek Winter Forest Art Camp Ages 8+. This camp at the Jack Millikin Centre is a new textiles-centred ForestART camp with host Jenny Ambrose. Kids will learn needle felting, hand stitching and machine sewing & combine skills into projects. There’s lots of room for creativity. Feel free to connect with Jenny prior to the camp to discuss your child's project goals! $275/child, lunch provided.
Nutrien Wonderhub Ages 5-7 or 8-10. “Build It” is the theme. But I see the site redirects to the wrong page. I’ve let them know, will update with good info or you can just reach out to them for details.

Remai Modern art camp Ages 7-11 Each day, children will create art in the learning studio with knowledgeable instructors who also love making art. They’ll be inspired by Remai Modern exhibitions & discover art that expands their imaginations. They will also have the chance to turn that inspiration into unique art projects that utilize various tools, techniques and materials. 9-4 with extended care available, + $40. $200 members, $280 non-members

Sandhill Stables Ranch Camp Whether your child has never been around a horse before or have ridden quite a bit, they're welcome. They'll love the freedom, the extra space, and of course - the connection that they'll feel with a horse to call their own for the week! 10am-3pm. $447
SaskExpress Ages 5013. Blast off on a dance, music, and drama adventure with a side of craftiness A final performance showcase will happen at the end of the week. 9-5. $200.00
University of Saskatchewan Ages 5-12 and you’ve got options! Wall climbing, basketball, water fun, and more. Extended care is available for an additional cost. 8:30-4:30 with a supervised hour of lunch. Full Day $320, Half Day $160, Extended Hours $40

Wet Paint Pottery Ages 8+.. Staycationers will make projects in pottery, canvas, watercolor, mixed media and more. Cost of camp includes all supplies;Programming runs 10-4 with time on each side. $360.
Wildernook Ages 9-12. Each day will feature a different winter adventure along the South Saskatchewan Riverbank. The experiences will focus on practical outdoor skills such as staying warm and dry, building with snow, preventative first aid, Kicksledding and snowshoeing. Plus, a couple of cozy low-key, down-time hours indoors. 9-4. $320, add $40 for 8am dropoff.
YMCA Ages 5-12. Kids will enjoy swimming, gym activities, art creations, and science experiments. Each child is placed in a small group with children their own age. Camp is 9-4 but Before and Aftercare is available 7:30am until 6pm, at no extra cost. Registration is by the day. $45/day
Zoo Society Ages 7-12. This exciting four-day camp is all about having fun in the winter. Participants will meet some of the animal ambassadors, participate in winter activities, and make some cool crafts. Runs 9-4. $250
I should mention, the Library has special (free) “Myths, Legends, Fables, & Folktales week” over the break, click here to view. always free. And I would include more of the City’s offerings but they are full with waiting lists. Did I miss one? Lemme know and I’ll add!
